Types of Lace: Tulle
In addition to our hundreds of lace patterns, we are proud to stock several types of tulle exclusively from France. As with French laces, the quality of tulle is unparalleled.
Polyamide Tulle (60’’ wide)
Stocked in 55+ colors (plus metallics). This tulle is soft, yet extremely durable! You can bead on it, play with it, step on it (within reason), and it will not rip or tear.
Invisible Tulle (60’’ wide)
Similar to the polyamide tulle, yet slightly more delicate and has smaller holes. As a result, it seems to disappear on the skin.
Stretch Tulle (60″ wide)
Same durability as polyamide tulle, woven with stretch fibers.
Can Can (60’’ wide)
Very stiff tulle, used for petticoats, etc. Also very durable. In-stock in 20+ colors.
Silk Tulle (72’’ wide)
100% silk, and extremely luxurious! This tulle is softer and more delicate than any other.
Flock Tulle (60’’ wide)
Raised velvet dots applied on a polyamide tulle base. Available in various ‘dot’ sizes as well as with sparkle.
Point D’Esprit
Similar in quality to polyamide tulle, with dots woven into the tulle itself.
